burnout

OK, I think I reached a burnout. I haven't blogged lately.... I'm not sure I'm "sorry". But whatever, there you go.

The doc now thinks he has bad gas pains more than colic... I'm not sure I agree.... he is plenty unhappy plenty of the time, even after a good burp or... other things.

It is amazing how cute and precious he is. The pictures really don't capture it, so I'm wondering if I am just biased. Don't care either way though.

Work, school, church... busy, busy busy.. yadda yadda yadda, nothing new there

I love bouncing or patting him and getting him content..... though I'm a little worried those pats are going to bruise his spine, Paralyzed from Gas Bubble!!

Walks are great, the best is when he holds your finger while he eats.

He has had time to start to adjust to his new environment. So, if you are over 18 and have never felt healthier we will welcome your visit. I'm still thinking kids are germ bombs I'd rather not toss around, so get a sitter, come say hi.

He's eating a bunch and gained 7 oz this week. He's up to 7lb 14oz.

I bought a cool wooden "G". I attached a cool silver hook to his door, got a tiny little screwdriver and screwed in thingies to the back of it, tied ribbon to it, dropped it, caught it between my thighs and snapped the stupid thing in two. I was so annoyed I hung it on the door anyway for a minute. Now I have to go buy another dang letter "G".

I'm sure all of this is getting to you, you sound very tired. Just remember that it usually gets worse before it gets better, but with Greydon, you have a mixed bag, good & bad. When we come this weekend you won't have to hold him at all, (you son't get a chance), so you will be able to rest...some. see you soon!!!

Good thing you have reinforcements coming this weekend. You guys will have to leave the cute little guy and go for dinner or atleast a drive around the block.
