I am thankful and all..... but

Ok, so we did get booted out of our little corner suite. The problem is that we are getting moved because they need the room, but there wasn't any room to move us to in the B nursery, so we get to share a cubicle in B.... it's interesting. There is a fabric and metal divider straight out of the 50's dividing the already small space in half, and then the curtains are pinned creatively to the 1950's divider, creating a nice hovel meets bomb shelter meets tent fort effect. We have all of the same equipment in half the space, plus our little drawers of clothes and blankets, a big chair, oh yeah... Greydon and his huge metal crib, a nurse a mom and a dad and it is pretty cozy to say the least.

To take this pic I am standing out in the walkway outside our tent and Kristen is standing in what little space there is.

Now I know in the grand scheme of things like world hunger, war's and famine this isn't going to rank real high, but I did slip into a southern accent as I spoke to Greydon this evening "Now honey soon we gonna move outta this shelta, and not back into that rusty ol' chevy, we gonna get ourselves a house with a roof and a toilet and everything, hear!"

To console me the main nurse was telling me not to worry because if we're lucky it might only last like this to the end of the week... "might?" and you do realize it is only Tuesday yes?

It was so loud, if we didn't have Bonnie come over with us I would've been afraid for whatever 13 year old student got assigned to and had to deal with me. As it is I just sat there wide eyed and staring most of the time....

He is weighing in around 5lbs 14 oz, and can show the bear who's boss now. He might need these wrestling moves in case some hooligans come to our corner of the bomb shelter and try to steal his shoes.

The longer you are in the hospital the funnier you get :)

So sorry about the new move. Just tell them since there is no room at the Inn, you're going to take your family and your toys and go home. For Good. Greydon really is growing. It feels like he's going to be in 1st grade before I get to see him again. Give hom kisses, the little cutie.

Now son, let's be careful in our choice of descriptions; you've only got the accent partially correct; I know, I spent 2 weeks in Alabama!
It will be sufficient for our needs.
Poor blue bear hasn't got a chance!! Love, Muzz
