Woo hoo, it got to them!

Whew, Mom an Dad finally got the package!

I left my phone on while I was teaching, which is against the rules for the kids so I try to follow the same rules. I figured this was worth breaking the rule for one day. I was talking to the whole class, the traditional teaching thing, even writing on the board. It was funny, they like to give me a hard time. When it rang they acted all shocked.

Mom was crying, said she had called Dad and they were both crying, I was touched. Mom will cry at a well written advertisement, which is where I learned to do the same. Dad is not unemotional, while we were kids he was more than happy to show his emotions, especially if we disrespected Mom in any way, we were quickly able to figure out Dad's emotions. I'm just kidding, I was a little surprised that Dad was in tears, not at all surprised that he was so very happy and excited. He was surprised that I was surprised, he said that's what happens when you've been praying for something for 5 years.

I love my parents so much.
